Ashland will beat Fleming pretty easy, every other game is a dog fight, and Ashland will be the underdog in all of them

Rose Hill has the "rights" to the district this year.They may choose to host it at Rose Hill or at one of the other schools(Fairview,Boyd Ashland).IMO they will wait for the draw and then make a decision.

My guess is Rose Hill will keep the District at the Stew and hope they Draw Ashland

I would certainly keep it if I were them...Having been in both gyms recently, I believe "The Stew" holds more fans than Fairview's gym and they always host when it's their year...Attendance is not like it used to be and while it might be a little crowded, a packed gym makes for a great atmosphere...Play 1 game one night & the other the next...If you are lucky enough that both first round matchups are the same in boys and girls it can make for a great girl/boy doubleheader!! If I'm the AD, I'm keeping it at my place...

This should be a very interesting matchup between the 16th region preseason #1 and #2 teams, who have both struggled so far this year.

Russell shold be at 95% fro this game. Blair is still not 100 %. Casey should be in the lineup. If Russell can get it's inside game to play physical and look for the inside out game. Gill & Lavender need to make a presence and play physical. They should be OK. Ashland is starting to gel together as a team but I think Russell will prevail.
