Should be a tough year for 6A in NKY.

That's a really tough question.

I see Boone struggling. I see Dixie being young and struggling.

Pick one of the others and you're likely to be right.

Ryle has an extremely tough schedule. I agree Dixie will be young. Not sure about Campbell County they have a good QB but not sure what else they return. I like what SK returns.

What does Ryle's tough schedule have to do with how they fare against the 6A teams?

A lot of things!

Quite a bit. Henry Clay, then Colerain on a short week and then LaSalle. I'm sure the kids who are able to survive physically will be better, but I bet you will see lots of injuries.

Dixie and Boone are both starting new quarterbacks. Ryle's offense is very one dimensional. Campbell and SK did not score a whole lot of points last year. SK has a lot to prove coming off a 2 win season. There are no Pikes or Elliots in this district this year. Overall. I'd say this district is wide open with no clear favorite. You might be tempted to pick Ryle as a favorite if you did not see their district game with Boone last year. In that game Boone showed everyone how to completely shut down that offense.

I think Boone will be better than expected. For some reason, I just have a gut feeling that Campbell County is going to have a good year. Ryle has their program on solid footing so I expect them to challenge. Dixie and SK ... not sure. With there being so many question marks with all the teams, if I had to pick, it would be a toss up between Ryle and Boone and heads on the coin says Ryle.

I, as always, have to take the Camels. They as well lost quite a bit last year. I believe they will have a good year. Go Camels!!!!!!!!!!!

SK returns a lot of depth. I think they sweep this year!

I will take SK simply because they have the most returning. With that said they have the longest way to go if you take last years records. Wide wide open.

How many starters will the Camels return?

Really whats changed?

Really whats changed?

Nothing. That's the point. They win every year. They have the same coach. Here is a simple question for you ... when was the last time Ryle had a losing record in this district?

I wouldn't be surprised this year to see a 3 possibly 4 way tie after district play is settled. Very even district this year. Perhaps if Ryle can survive the Colerain game healthy they pull ahead, but you can't really count any teams in this District out.
