July 7, 201214 yr No family or pets to be concerned about. If I knew the neighbors were safely away, I could pack a ton of records out. There is also an old pic of my grandmother and grandfather (in his WWII uniform) that would be of utmost priority.
July 7, 201214 yr I don't know if anyone on here remembers but our condo caught fire on 7/7/07 and I didn't grab a thing. All I could think about when I saw 30 foot flames glaring from the roof was, "why didn't I grab my piggy bank with $900 bones inside". At the time I didn't have insurance so I pretty much thought, "I'm screwed" but luckily the Burlington FD stopped the blaze right before it ate thru the firewall and all was good. Believe me, if it happens you really don't think of anything but get me the hell out of here. The adrenaline is pumping and you could probably give Bolt a run for his money in the 100 m.
