June 28, 201214 yr I believe this goes to one of the DOJ attorneys to draw up and file felony charges. I assume the charges are similar to Roger Clemons. I doubt this will be a priority for the poor attorney who gets this. Drawing up charges on you boss is probably not fun. As for was this action reasonable. Holder has admitted he lied to Congress that is not even in doubt. He 'retracted' statements previously made. Justice retracts second statement to Congress on Fast and Furious | Fox News Retracted testimony is usually called 'lying under oath'. The fact that Holder and DOJ have admitted to lying under oath at least twice is very good reason for much further investigation. Invoking sketching executive privilege - at the 11th hour - fits a pattern of coverup and deceit. 17 Dems crossed lines. This is far more bi-partisan that the Obama care vote. And it did not happen on a weekend night. Even the two AGs that went to jail during the Watergate era were not held in contempt.

Read the Forbes article and see if any of those folks have been called to testify.

But I always like the line from "All The Presidents Men" where Bradley explains what a "real denial" is after his rant on "non-denial, denial"s. He says "if they start calling us liars we better circle the wagons". Given Ms. Watkins very direct response if I were Fortune (a Time family magazine that is published online by CNN) I would circle the wagons. You found specific inconsistencies from that article that do not match other published facts. The piece reads like whitewash.
