Bizarre graduation speech

The truth will set you free!

Listened to the whole speech, it was great. Wasn't slamming the kids as much as telling them they need to seize not just the day, but every day.

Love it!

Much better & much more realistic than the "you can do anything you set your mind to" line that graduates are usually fed.

It's exactly what high school students need to hear. Might benefit some of the parents also.

Perfect

I think both types of messages are true and have their merit. The problem is only being aware of one and not the other.

Saw this on Yahoo!'s front page yesterday, good stuff!

Hat's off to this guy for telling it how it is. Even said something to the effect of, "even if you are one in a million, on a planet with 6.8 billion that still means there is 6,800 people just like you."

As some have stated, this is the type of message high school graduates need to hear. You grow up in a fairy tale world until you get out of high school, then your in the real world left wondering what am I going to do now?

Romney would do well to hire him as a speech writer. Great listen, the 12 minutes were worth it.
