I love baseball and watch the Redlegs as much as possible, but I'm not glued to the TV for every single pitch. It's more of something to relax and pass the time with.

 

Football, on the other hand, is a whole 'nuther animal with me. Steelers games are the only thing I stop the world for. I love spending NFL Sundays at the bar soaking in as many games as possible.

I have always loved baseball, grew up listening to jack buck on the radio. I really have gotten into football the last 15 years but give me a Cardinal baseball game over football any day of the week.

One NFL football game is 6.25% (vs. 0.62% for MLB) of a season, therefore making it much more enjoyable to sit down and watch 3 hours of it compared to a baseball game from a game importance standpoint. That being said, I enjoy watching the two sports on a somewhat similar level.

I'd call myself a die-hard Atlanta Braves fan and a die-hard football fan. By this I mean I will watch anybody in the NFL, and do every Sunday, Sunday night, Monday night, etc.....but don't consider myself a die-hard fan of any one team. I am big into fantasy football which really increases my interest in the NFL. When it comes to baseball, I try to watch or listen to every Atlanta Braves game I can. I have the MLB package on DirecTV, XM radio in my vehicle, and the MLB.com app on my iPhone so I watch or listen to most of their games. However, if the Braves aren't playing, I don't have near the interest in watching a baseball game as I would watching a football game involving two random teams.

I am a huge baseball fan, maybe more so then most being I also listen all season to the minor league teams play on the net.

 

I am a much bigger football fan but unlike most my fav is the high school game.

I can never get enough of it.

I grew up listening to Marty and Joe just about every night, I lived and died with the Reds every night. That said if the Reds aren't playing and it's not playoff time I rarely watch MLB. As for football, I can watch anybody play at any level. Any NFL game is something I will watch, can't say that for baseball.
