How much will "Mom" have to pay for daycare for her 3 children while she is working 20 hours per week? Or is the state going to pay for that?

 

I agree and understand what you are saying. But those kids at some point will attend school. So they could do it during that time.

Lottery tickets can only be purchased with cash. That is a fact.

Does anyone think that this sill deter the ones who have problems? It will not and in the long term it will cost society even more if they loss their welfare benefits. The ones who need it will get it one way or the other. They will steal, rob, and beg to get what they need. So then they will end up in jail to pay for their addictive behavior. That will costs a lot more for taxpayers.

 

I could see MAYBE if they do test that they make treatment mandatory but still keep the benefits. But I still do not like the idea of testing.

I've seen this too, all they have to do is ring up $20 worth of food stamp approved food pay with EBT, then refund cash for food and use it to buy your lottery ticket. Most reputable stores won't do this, but some local stores around have done it.

No, I'm supposedly paying for my Medicare right now although I have serious doubts that I will ever reap the benefits of it.

Per my wife who has been in the business for years; if she is a single mom, a parent with disability or child with a disability she is getting funding or she can get funding for partial payment on her child care from the state and or in some cases federal funding.

 

BTW because of what I do, I was randomly draw out of a hat so to speak and so I am required to take a urine test on Wednesday. I have no choice and it bothers me not at all to have to take the test!

Extremely against this. Waste of money.
