Final

Heard HC had a clean sweep Freshman,JV, Varsity

Great result by HC they are impressing me this season. Should make for an interesting year in the 9th as well as the 35th.

...and the struggles continue in Union.

cshs81 what do you think the problem is in Union?

Good question! Why can't Ryle put a competitive team on the floor every year? They are notoriously slow, bulky and can't throw it in the ocean. Obviously, before everyone screams, Doellmann was an exception to that.

While I'm far from knowledgeable on what's going on at Ryle, I would have to question leadership. I've seen many good athletes come out of Ryle that for some reason are not hitting the hardwood.

Close?

I don't know, I'm not close enough to the program. I was hoping people who have followed the program longer could enlighten me.

A kid from Ryle transferred to CCH and I saw him walking the halls today. Very big kid looks like Ryle lost a solid forward.

Good win for Holy Cross.

Is this the boy who played with for the famous Tarheels?

That remains to be seen. Hopefully the young man is inclined to work hard at CCH and earn some time.

This kid wouldn't be eligible this year would he?

Depends if he played Varsity ball at Ryle.

This kid wouldn't be eligible this year would he?

No. I'm pretty sure he was on Ryle's team this season. If so, he would be ineligible assuming his family did not move.

I'm 99.9% sure that the issue of playing varsity or not would have no impact on a mid-year switch.
