There is a new arm & shoulder specialist in Danville, Dr. Steve Smith. He did his sports fellowship in Los Angeles and has worked with many pro athletes. Might be worth your trouble to have him look at it.

Anderson Co. looks to have a bright outlook for next year with all of their backfield back and some other returning talent. Was wondering what everyone else thought about their chances for another great season in 2008?

the reason penny didnt probably get off the bench fast enough was that he had mono and has been hospitalized 3 times the last two weeks. once after the district finals and twice after the regional tournament. doctors didn't want him to play.

anderson county's starting five sat out the entire 2nd quarter with foul trouble but the jv still maintained a lead that's why the half-time score was close. when the starters came back in the third quarter caroll never scored

have seen most 8th region teams. anderson county seems to be a step above the rest but doesnt mean they cant be beaten. was disappointed in oldham and shelby after the hype on these boards. i think gallatin and simon kenton can beat oldham and shelby on any give night.

We played a game at Grant County and the band almost hit some of our players. The officials told our kids to get back; but the band trailer running with lights on the field behind our kids, pushing them forward. There is a running track that should have been used for this, and then the band trailer ends up on the home side anyway. The band also had to be called down by the officials for playing their drums in the end zone towards the end of the game. All for the band; but player safety should come first.

They have 2- 300 pound lineman, and 2 more that started last year. They have a lot of speed in the backfield. they have a Sophmore QB that looks good. they also had several good players come out that had not played for a few years. They will be one of the better teams in their District. Coach Peach has turned the corner in his 3rd year. The weightlifting program and teaching them to win again has made a huge difference.

I will say Anderson 27-10. They have looked good in their scrimmages

I have a son who turned 15 May 12th and wants to paly sosme summer ball. He will also be playing 7 on 7 football and summer basketball so could not make all games. Anybody doing 14 or 15 year olds?
