Didn't Bracken County play Paintsville and their UK-bound player(forget name), last year in first round?

Almost identical stats to Canada's at MoCo his soph year. He missed most all of last year,as well. But considered by some on here top 3 in the region, go figure.

Way,way off in this one with the BB upset pick, even though I didn't know Bezold was going to be out for this one for BB and EJ was okay to play for Paris when I made the pick. Still don't account for this score no matter how you cut it Paris at full strength is obviously the real deal Going to have to try and attend that Ludlow game

I agree with all of the above and have spoke of it myself when earlier I picked Nicholas with the upset in the one, but Bracken County is different this year, more tough minded and way better on the defensive end, so am leaning more towards the Dawgs pick of a Bracken 2 TD win Bracken 29 Nicholas 17

Who will BC likely play at home in their first round playoff game if they win this game?

Is the PC job Belcher's for as long as he wants it or will the locals in Falmouth be upset with another one and done in the district or one and done in the region?

Goldie, he may be one of the top 5 players at GRC, but where is everyone getting all the top 2-3 player in the region at? He averaged 7pts. his soph year and played only 11 games last year. Was he a Middle School or JV wonder at some point? Was he a Freshman standout at another school and transferred to MoCo, because got the above stats at MoCo off KHSAA. And where are Free and Turley going,have heard nothing?

Are these the same Wildcats with virtually the same team as last year, with who some say has had the best player in the region the past couple of years(not me), that were ousted in the district tournament by Harrison County? Unless the district tournament is at The Woodshed, I could easily see the Cats being beaten again by Harrison County or Robertson County(on a good night). They have talent and experience, but are far from the lock that GRC is.

As I stated, I've got 2 Scott players in my top 10. (Ohmer and Perrin) Burden and Canada out Didn't Canada just play like 8 games last year because of injury, can't put him in just because of flashes he showed as frosh and soph. Ohmer and Perrin have proved they're worthy because of what they did on the biggest stage

Agree with Day and Free,plus Scott has a couple I would put above. Garrison quit the team, so wouldn't put him in any discussion for top 10 just for that reason.

I didn't take not one of those 'running clock predictions' for Paris seriously. Anyone that knows the district and rivalry knew that was laughable. All of these teams aren't that fall apart when they're at home or missing a player or two? Going with Brossart in the upset next week at Paris, just because they're due and they're a good enough team to do it. In 2 weeks Nicholas County will beat Bracken County at home as pay back from the loss in Brooksville last year

After BB's back to back lopsided losses to Ludlow and BC, I don't see Paris having any trouble closing the deal. BB not the team I thought they were at the beginning of the season with returning starters Bezold,McDonald, Donnelly and others

How does this set up playoff-wise? Will Bracken have a home game now or need help?

Just by going by the updates, this appeared to be complete Bracken County domination in the second half in all phases(except the often mentioned kicking game), but then who cares about field goals when you beat a team this bad. This to me was as big as Bracken's district clinching victory over Nicholas County last year, just because it was Bishop Brossart. Big night for PB football.

What's the playoff scenario if Paris wins? loses?

I think Coach may spread the field and pass more in this game than people think, may see Tucker, Deaton and Teegarden catch a few or more. BB has an outstanding LB in Bezold that might be hard to run against

If you read my entire post, it said am sure there has been the occasional victory in all the team sports, but has there been one that matters except for the Hammonds win. Basketball victories have come in the first 5 or so games of the season in December over the past couple of years
