Simple answer to CAN THEY is Yes. A lot of ball to be played before then. And by the way Shelby, Anderson, Oldham, S.Oldham, Owen, and Simon Kenton CAN win the region. Simon Kenton has to be the favorite then Oldham with all the rest in a you pick-em pile.

I'm not too sure that this won't make Shelby a better TEAM. It will take a few games to adjust and they have that, before district play.

Don't know anything about his current status but he is the best Sophomore that I have seen play in this region in years. Look at his stats and remember that he is doing "that" with a double team most of the time. Very smooth player.

Way to go Bishop Brossart. This is one Gallatin Co. fan that wants you to win it all and do it in a big fashion.

I like Brossart. If the score stays in the 40's or low 50's.

Both teams had a good crowd with Gallatin having about two thirds of the fans. The Brossart student body were in full swing. Good crowd. Good game. If it sounded sloppy just play against the defense these two teams played tonight. Brossart controlled the tempo and they got a nice win over a very determined Gallatin team. Good luck to them Sat. and Sun.

Need to take better care of the ball. Stop unforced turnovers. Do this and they could be playing log into the weekend.

Don't know this history and don't want to know. I think it is Brossart vs Gallatin? Two fine teams, two completely different styles of play. Brossart has to be the big favorite since they were ranked the #1 team in the tournament.

LCC should be commended. They fell behind early but never and I mean never gave up. Super effort on their part and I wish the players and coaches nothing but great success the remainder of the season.

Buttels thanks. Elmo also traveled with and sponsored many summer teams not school related. A true fan and one fine person. He was missed at games starting late last year and into this year. The top teams usually schedule a game that can be canceled or rescheduled. In this case WV and GC both had a chance and the game has been rescheduled. The game against Walton-Verona has been re-scheduled for February 19th. JV game at 6:00 & Varsity at 7:30. That game is at Walton due to the change earlier in the year. Lloyd game canceled.

Today the #1 fan of sports in Gallatin County will be laid to rest. Mr. Elmo Baker has supported Gallatin County sports in one way or another for 35 years that I can remember. I'm sure he was a supporter before that, it's just that I was not around to witness it. One of the boys, after the win against Owen Co. in the class "A" at Eminence said: This one is for Elmo. Today he will take one of the nets home. He will be missed in Gallatin Co. and in Gallatin Co. sports.

After seeing the SK/Shelby score I think I might be making my reservations in Bowling Green to watch Whitney play in her new house.

The Gallatin boys team will be leaving school early to cheer the Lady Panthers to victory.

I agree. They will be deep enough and experienced enough next year to make a run. It's theirs to defend.

Three teams so equal Henry, Owen, and Gallatin. Someone had to draw the short straw. Having played each other 4 times already I like you wish if they met again it would be in the finals.
