The number one team versus POY in the finals, have won the last two times its happened.

While I hate the late start also, I'm not sure what else they can do. Even the 9:20 tip time is just 6:20 on the West coast. An 8:15 tip as you offered would have the games tipping off at 5:15 right in the middle of rush hour out west.

I was off 2 points, UConn is only up 8. However they are on a 7-0 run and Bama needs to be careful the next 4 minutes or this could get out of hand quick.

Illinois played them well for most of a half, then they hung that infamous 30-0 run on the Illini and buried them. I expect Huskies to have a 10 lead at the 16 minute break and coast on home from there.

Of course they want Iowa and SC in the finals, just like they'd prefer Alabama v Ohio State in college football finals over Kentucky v Boise St. The big names bring the eyes to the games.

I think they can have agents now while in school playing.

Do you seriously think there is some grand conspiracy at play to ensure an Iowa win? I for one never say, "unless it's blatant let the players decide it." They decide a game as much by not setting a proper screen or fouling a shooter at the buzzer as a shooter does taking a last second shot. If a play gets a whistle in the first 30 minutes, the same play deserves a whistle as the clock is winding down.

WNBA needs to figure out a way to get the game and the personalities of the players in front of more people, even if it means nearly giving away the TV rights to anyone willing to broadcast games 4 or 5 nights a week. A series like Hard Knocks that follows the players behind the scenes, would go a long way with driving interest from casual fans on a human nature level. Put in the ELAM Ending, to make the end of more games interesting and competitive. Heck I'd even support 4 point shots in the last minute of each quarter. WNBA isn't going to win over fans with just pure skilled playing...go out on a limb and try something besides the normal rolling the balls out.

Some CRAZY stories coming out since his homes were raided. If ANY of it is true, oh my. So is Diddy the next Epstein to be caught? He allegedly has hidden cameras throughout his homes to video guest in compromising positions...as Epstein was alleged to have done. Having damaging videos and photos of rich, powerful and influential people may sound like a good idea. However those people didn't get rich and powerful for no reason. If these raids could potentially expose some of these people, Diddy may find himself in a cell that the camera doesn't work in. Or, Is Sean just a dude that made it huge and now people are just making up stuff and coming after him for a piece of the pie? Several celebrities have hinted for a while that he was kinda shady and had some crazy expectations if he was to help up and comers with their careers.

Those 7 straight missed free throws down the stretch may have caught up with them if USC hadn't started throwing up Hail Mary three's and drove to score or get fouled. Luckily for UConn, USC didn't take advantage.

Iowa's speed in the full court was the difference in my opinion. They got so many easy scores just by pushing the ball up court and out running LSU.

Unless Alabama has just a ridiculous shooting night, UConn will put a beat down on another team next Saturday. If Alabama shoots out of their mind, they'll keep it within 10 to 12.
