  1. Its the same story with HC every year tons of talent, but they never put it all together and make a good season into a great season. Bell wins in a close one, simply because Dudley will out coach Simpson.
  2. For North Laurel I definently think it was Madison Central last season. But for South Laurel the 2nd round playoff win over Madison Central to advance to the region championship (the farthest a laurel county team has ever advanced) in 1999.
  3. Who are you to tell a group of high school kids who aren't on scholarships, or getting payed to play, that are out their to have fun and better theirselves that they should blow a season off. That may be one of the most rediculous and ignorant statements i've ever heard. Its obvious you don't know much about high school football
  4. Although NL has some injuries right now there is no one on the team that has STAFF infection. You should really check your sources before posting something like that, staff infections can be a very serious situation.
  5. I agree the offensive line for NL didn't play well last but you can't pin last nights offensive troubles all on them, it was a total team effort. I thought the quarterback play was much better than last year, no turnovers.
  6. 28 - 25 NL over JC 35 - 21 Holmes over SL Should be a couple of good games. NL had some offensive issues in the scrimages but should get Asher and company rolling tommorow night. I just don't think JC will live up to the hype, don't get wrong they will still be a very good team when it is all said and done. I think a lot of people aren't give Holmes any credit after the first few games last season they really got rollin. This season they have most of the offense back and everyone knows about the athletes esspecially Jefferson. SL will still have a potent offense with Bowling looking better than last season, but he also lost a lot of targets. SL will have some trouble up front and defensively. Jefferson should have a big night. Good luck to all four teams. (This is also my first post)
