I would rather see a player who can put the ball on the floor and create his own shots than see someon run off screens and rely on someone else to get them a shot.

They had a season over 500. I think it will be up to the juniors(last years sophomores) if they play good the wolves will be ok.:thumb:

Does anyone think Wolfe will be able to compete next year?

The wolves will win if stamper can hold Howard under 25, and if Gilbert can score 20 in the paint and get his usual 13+ rebounds. Wolfe 72 J-city 66

This has been a very tough and a very disappointing year for the Wolves but this sure helps. The Wolves played much better team ball tonight. This was also probably their best defensive game. Gilbert and Stamper played well, as expected, but the lesser known players certainly did their share! Evans handled the ball well and Wilson did a really good defensive job in the middle. This was finally a team!

i would say gilbert will be out for at least 3 weeks
