This thread is actually getting kind of funny, this thread has absolutely nothing to do with the game tonight and more to do with people wasting time. Too bad you can't hardly have a decent conversation about a game on here anymore.. I don't blame the Ashland members for not getting on here and trying to talk about the game, they would get bombarded with weather reports, crowd figures, and JC posters arguing about who is hurting the team more by posting all this baloney and being over confident, it seems like lately you can't have a meaningful conversation about the real meaning of the game and thats what happens on the field ..not in the stands/parking lot/ or track! I have no beef in who wins this game, I could care less.. but there are 5 pages to this thread and I still dont know any more about any of these teams then when this thread started.

Hopefully this is a good game, I want to see a great game between these two teams, and I am hoping Ashland pulls the "upset".

^ yes thats correct.. all is yet to be decided is the seeding for the district .. the district champion is decided in the playoffs this year.

Congrast Cards.. Belfrys demise started in the middle of the third quarter.. if we would have went for it on 4th and 1 on the 50 yard line, and got it .. we could have concivably ran the quarter out, barring any turnovers. That right there in my opinion was the turning point of the game. It looks like SC's weak non-district schedule is going to hurt them when the district picture is said and done.. I bet they wish they had that game to do over with the P'burg.. but we will glady welcome The Cards to CAM Stadium!

Playing some solid teams in the season, is a really good indicator if you can beat the solid teams, sometimes trying to in the post season is a little to late to see what needs worked on, good luck to the goldne eagles though, I wish them the best.

I love cold football weather, look for Belfry to win this one though, by around 2 td's!

This also will decide home field advantage as well, if Belfry wins and is seeded 1st in the playoffs they will play at home through the state semi final game. Correct?
