  1. These are my opinions. if hes not good enough to play in the guard rotation then how does he score 16 against boone, 15 against Scott, and other high scoring games. How many do you think hell have against cch?And what are their varsity highs on the year.
  2. They used him at the freshmen level. He should have been playing JV atleast. He was also told to be the six man for three games when hes was the best freshmen they had.
  3. Then why arent they playing varsity and no a minute a game does not count. Grimes has no jumper and bondick is a BALL HOG from what ive seen in three games of JV wich is all the two of them play. And Maile doesnt even belong in the same gym as Sorrell or even Grimes and Bondick for that matter. Maile plays because of his dad Dick Maile who is on the colonel coaching staff. Sorrell from what Ive seen is going to be about 6 "6" and hes got the jumper to go with it. Look for him to be a D1 baller by his senior year. This kids fo real
  4. I feel like the winner of the HC and Cov Cath wins it all.
  5. You cant name three sophmores better than Sorrell at Cov Cath. Maybe Henderson and thats a maybe. Hes good because Jefferson gives him his points. And I'll say this Sorrell is arguably best 3 point shooter in all of the region. Hes CCH's loss and HC's gain.
  6. No presale tickets and no Corey Sorrell for the Colonels. They had him and didnt use him. This kid can flat out shoot it. He is only a sophmore, and already averaging around 10 points a game. Mike Romes is the top player in the "06" class, and Sorrell is the top player in the "08" class, both went to Cov Cath, and both went elsewhere. Watch out for Sorrell!
  7. OK, I see al your points but I just want the districts to stay at HC. It is unfortunate that Holy Cross has a small gym and is in one of the best districts in the state, agreed? But I do not want the districts to leave Holy Cross. And let me rephrase what I said about the seats behind the benches, those are for Hoyl Cross parents, faithful, and the handicap when they can get in (which is unfortunate that they have trouble getting in, they are looking for lifts, ramps, etc.) Holy Cross just doesn't want CCh students to go over to those seats behind the bench like they did the last time HC hosted. All I'm trying to say is thet Holy Cross is trying to do the best they can with the building that they did not build in 1961.
  8. First of all the phone lines are fine. Second they got the exhaust fan fixed, it was broken at the start of the season, the floor shouldn't be a problem. And yes, it is very small, butif it were in a bigger gym don't you think it would take away from the atmosphere, noise, etc...? I'm looking forward to the game, I'll be arriving about 6:45, and I'll have a fine seat. And by the way, no visitors are aloud on the other side behingd the benches, HC fans pay for those seats.
  9. Holy Cross wants revenge, they will come to play. The Finn (Msgr Thomas B. Finn Activity Center) will be packed and loud. HC- 54 CCh-49 Defensive Struggle
  10. The 35th Distrist games start Monday the 27th with the boys, with Holmes and Beechwood at 7:30. The CovCath and HC the nest night at 7:30. Then the finals of the boys arethe third at 7:30.
