I can't speak for the enquirer but I can speak for the Ledger Independent out of Maysville. I am disappointed with it. The girls Class A is going on in Paris and some teams that are local were playing last night and I guess no one could find the time to cover the games. A little disappointed with that.

As I have said before a great compliment to Chris Owens... The Scottie Pippen to Michael Jordan..

Bracken Co. and Nicholas Co. both are better than they showed last night. Both teams looked anxious and this nervousness caused both teams to make a lot of turnovers. Still, in a tournament its SURVIVE and advance and we are fortunate to have that opportunity. Both teams played extremely hard and need to be commended for that.

This could be a preview of the semi-finals next week at the ALL A. St. Pat played a good Montgomery Co. team tough in Maysville, so I expect their good play to continue.. Saints keep marching!

The Lady Bears and Lady Jackets play tonight at 6:00 at Paris. This potentially could be one of the better match ups of the the tournament because both teams are pretty evenly matched. Who's coming out to watch?
