I was hoping not to have to waste my breath on such ridiculous commentary, but I could hardly keep my fingers from typing on this subject.
To suggest that Landon Slone is "not impressive" and is the "product of one game" is absolutely, fundamentally flawed. As a Freshmen, Landon averaged about 24 points on a team that had a very difficult season, he was 3rd team All State, and he won numerous awards. This year he has also proven to be a good leader, and a very significant scoring threat. What has impressed me this year is the quickness of his hands, and his ability to play more aggressive on defense.
As spectators, we need to remember that Landon is only a sophomore, and he is still growing, still getting stronger, and mostly is still learning the game that will provide for him a free college education.
If there is a way to not slander a kid on here, I would suggest someone implement that plan, otherwise, I find myself hardpressed not to be very agitated at many of the posts.
