I am optimistic that the Paintsville squad will pull it together and play with some sense of urgency. The Tigers by 11.

The Tiger's should be pretty pumped up for the game considering all that happened last year between these two last year. Everyone remembers the double overtime game last year in the regional opener, but in the regular season Valley beat an injured Tiger team by a sound margin and the Tigers were not too happy with a timeout called by Valley in the final seconds of the 3rd period to set up a 3 point play while they were up by 27. Hopefully Paintsville has put the S. Floyd game behind them and can come out just as hungry as they were in the Hoops Classic. Paintsville by 22.

I will take Paintsville by 14. Valley has not impressed me this year in the few games I have saw them play.

Well I am not overly impressed with SV this year and the Tigers should be dominating the Region but aren't?

 

I'll take Paintsville by 10+ if they play! But I have seen so many double digit Tiger leads evaporate this year that I hope that I am not wrong!

 

It is time for the Tigers to step up to the plate and start showing what they can do though. Maybe playing SV, which has stung the Tigers in big games for several years will put some spark into the Tigers!

Rebuilding year @ Valley...They'll build back up in around 2 years and be the powerhouse of the region again, but as far as this year goes..
