  1. College is classified and the other 49 states are classified (or something like that).
  2. Good one. Did you know JK means Just Kidding. How about the giant laughing smilies, did you catch those?
  3. Why not? Lofton couldn't even play for Kentucky!!!!!!  JK
  4. They have not dominated the tenth and will not dominate the tenth. Guard play will hurt them again next year. Not that they aren't very talented, but Mason and Clark Counties guards will kill them next year.
  5. I graduated high school in 97' and I was in awe of the Fieldhouse. It's an incredible basketball court to play on and an incredible place just to sit and watch a game. Maybe 1 percent of High School kids in this state get to go to Rupp and play.
  6. JMO= Just My Opinion When I went to Campbell County kids looked forward to playing there, because it's cool. I believe a lot of kids look at it this way opposed to the "It's convenient, lots of money, location, fairness" that we continuously debate on here. It's cool. It's a cool place for the region.
  7. or Montgomery, but the majority of kids in the region would pick the Fieldhouse (JMO)
  8. I would like to play in Yankee Stadium, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't like to play in Great American. Poll them and ask them where they want to play the region and I bet it's the Fieldhouse.
  9. Clark County had to play Pendleton and then Mason. Honestly they played 2 teams that were better than them all year. They lost by 3 in the finals. Get another steal, hit a few free-throws, make another three, take a charge, they could have won, but they didn't. They lost to the better team on ten foot goals by 3 points.
  10. That money goes into the athletic programs at the schools. That money is all about the student athletes.
  11. 10th region kids dream about playing in front of 6k plus at the Fieldhouse.
  12. Fair is the money that all the participating schools get. That is fair to everyone involved.
  13. I live in Kenton County, formerly Pendleton County and I love the Fieldhouse.
  14. Clark beat Pendleton at the Fieldhouse and Pendleton had already beat them twice. Once at Clark County and once on a neutral court. It was closer for PC and they brought a lot of fans. They have also played more than 10 games at Mason in the last two years. It's almost a home away from home for Pendleton, yet Clark beat them. They lost by three to Mason. Three points!!! That's one shot, or one steal away from victory. That's pretty close especially since everyone had Mason ranked ahead of Clark all year. Just about everyone anyway.
  15. He hunches a bit but when he stands up staight he's 6'8". He's not getting courtesy inches, he's a big kid.
  16. More past tense. We were both talking about last years JV. Kane Belcher does not play JV.
  17. I coined em all, and he was much shorter when he was Candy Kane.
  18. And also are you saying the 15 year old from last year that had grown about 6-8 inches in a year hasn't become better? That's past tense. Kane has been an incredible basketball player all his life. If anything, Kane missed out on a lot of varsity experience last year because of Elliot.
  19. He has grown into a Hurrikane, but he was originally a candy kane!!!
  20. Is this the JV that didn't lose much because the way you said that sounded very negative? Apparently PC will beat everyone except Brossart next year because that's what JV did last year. Not everyone can throw several 6'5" guys at Kane like Brossart did/can. Especially as strong as Cooper. And also are you saying the 15 year old from last year that had grown about 6-8 inches in a year hasn't become better?
  21. The kids I teach are 8. lol Without a coaches pass even the pre-sold ticket holders stood in line last year, and only in the front.
  22. Pat Elliot has a way of keeping opposing centers in foul trouble.
