So well said. Our son would do anything for Coach Glaser. He cares so much for his boys for life. He has been there for many of them. Such a good man, and a very good coach!
Congratulations Coach Glaser and the Tigers. You earned every minute of this. Undefeated by Kentucky teams and completed the sweep of every fall sport - golf, soccer, cross country, and now, football. Go X!!!!
Just want to add to the respect for Simon Kenton. Great team, fantastic fan turnout. And Kudos to the Tigers' fans - most noise I have heard all season. A really fun game that always felt close.
On your 300th victory. Not only is it an amazing milestone, but Coach Glaser remains what we all want for our sons - a motivator, a role model, a caring father figure. He cares for these boys like no coach I have ever seen.
49-0. At that point, it was a total of 8 offensive plays. Now 5 offensive touchdowns, one punt return for a score, one defensive touchdown. Still 2nd quarter.
Just want to echo that it is very unfair to be criticizing Victor Anderson. My son played with him, and I know nothing of "antics." I do know that on "Future Tiger" night this year he must have signed autographs for two hours. He is a nice young man.
Re: St.X is very fortunate to have Mike Glaser as head football coach. What a class act!
That was my strongest impression. Coach Glaser so obviously loves his players and is not afraid to say so. The relationship element is part and parcel of Tiger football, and as a former parent, I can tell you that relationship does not go away. Our son would walk on hot coals for that man.
