Using your logic in from the other thread...T crushed HHS, then was beaten by Male who had to come from behind to beat St X who was beaten convincingly by BG. This makes BG the best.

Wow, you made me dizzy. By your logic HHS crushed CCH who beat Henderson who beat PT who played HHS as close as anyone this year and beat McCracken County. All that means what?

IMO, SK gets zero love on here for one reason and that is a shame. They seem to have a really good team and one of the best players in the state yet 99% of the people on this board want to see them lose and give them no respect for one reason.

What has McCracken done to make you think this?

It's hard to argue. When's the last time a discussion was had about the best team in the state and T or X were not one of the choices?

I was just about to say the same. Not to mention Central Hardin will be in the mix. I would just assume worry about this one week at a time. There's been plenty of years when Henderson should have cake walked to semi-state and didn't get there. Also years when they had no business making it out of the second round but won the region.

The only thing that will really surprise me in this game is a blow out one way or the other. I'm not sure I can remember a Henderson game where I truly thought either team could win. Most games you could make a case for either team but you still have one or the other that should win. I just don't see that here. Both have steadily improved every week and both seem to be pretty evenly matched in speed and strength. It's cliche but I think whoever makes the least mistakes wins.

You could be right however I can't imagine what would make you think that. On paper this game should be a dog fight but I guess that's why they don't play on paper.

I can't believe it took till 20 posts to get to the answer. When you look at the Louisville metro area the population number doubles. And people wonder why T and X are as good as they are. It's simple, they have the most boys drawn from the largest pool. No 6A public school will ever compete with that on a consistent basis. I've said it before but will again...Henderson is one of the biggest schools in the state with right around 1000 boys. While that is only 200 or so less then T or X, our 1000 boys comes from a pool of 1000 boys. T and X's 1200-1400 comes from a pool of what 20,000 kids?
