I don't think that being a grown up has an age. I think that when you start to putting day to day responsibilites first before fun stuff is a sign of growing up. While I am 30'ish someting years old ...I still act like a 21 yr old at times. I believe it keeps you in better health (physically & mentally) to act a bit silly at times. Plan and simple....it is knowing that there is a time and place for everything.
