  1. Tony Browning in for Russ Middleton
  2. 6:26 left in 1st quarter Scott with the lead 5 -3
  3. Scott Co hits 1 of 2 for the free throws because of the technical. Here we go people!!
  4. Standing room only they just said! That makes me kind of glad that I didn't go! I can sit and be comfy on my couch!
  5. They didn't really say except for the fact that the referee's caught them dunking in Warm ups. Dunking in warm ups is only allowed before the refs get on the court. Crazy, I know. Why shouldn't you be able to dunk in warm ups when it is allowed in the game?
  6. Mason just got a Technical during warm-ups for dunking. Looks like this game starts with free throws by Scott County.
  7. We probably need to go on diets!!
  8. Camel, are you already on WFTM? I am as well listening to Jason Butler. I have my fingers crossed for tonight's game.
  9. I do not know the capacity, but I do know that it doesn't seat as many as the Fieldhouse.
  10. I hope we can add another one to this list tonight: Mason County Beats Scott County!! Keep your fingers crossed!
  11. I do not want to sound rude at all with this comment, but we all know that the girls tournament will not generate as much money as the boys. It is just simple facts. We all know how that works. No matter what you do, girls teams and games will never have as many fans as the boys teams and games. I wish that more people would go to the girls games, but I don't see it happening. It is the same way with boys JV and Freshman games! So, lets make the boys tournament finals on a night where the most money could be generated, which would be a Saturday night. The money does help so much for the schools, so why wouldn't we want to generate as much money as we can? Afterall, we all know that everything does come down to money in the end. These schools need this money!
  12. Well, I am sorry that you don't think it is "fair", but it is a size of facility issue. When other schools build a big enough gym to fit everyone in, then maybe they would get a turn as well. It just comes down to that. I don't think some parents would think it was "fair" if they couldn't get in to see their kids play in a game because the ADs decided to give everyone a chance to host the tournaments in the MUCH smaller gyms!
  13. Mason in a tight race until the end: Mason 76 Scott 73
  14. Final Score 33-30. Very physical game. Ryne King led the Royals with 11 points. Mason County Freshman now 9 and 4. Campbell County offense executes well. Jolly for Campbell is one tough player.
  15. Who has Brossart's freshman been beaten by this year, if anyone?
  16. I have seen several threads on who people think the best players of all time are from their school, but what gym would you play them in? Whether or not they played for that school - Which high school gym is the best for your all star team? And for what reason do you consider it the best? (Is it the atmosphere, size, fan support, feeling when you are there, etc??)
  17. I am very proud of the Royals with such a great win over the Mustangs. :ylsuper: (I wasn't expecting it to be that big of a gap) Some of the players really stepped it up when the big guy was in trouble on the bench with fouls. Should be interesting in February for the rematch. Will BB come out with a vengance and play harder to win, or will we have the same outcome meaning Mason really is the better team? This one win against BB doesn't necessarily mean that they are better. It could be that BB had a rough night. Afterall, they did have several games in a row. However, if Mason comes out and wins again in February, I think that we might have something set in stone. (Which I think we will see happen!) Go Royals!
  18. I wonder what the deal was with Darius at the beginning of the game. He got in foul trouble early. He even talked about it on the air with Weddle. Any thoughts?
  19. I think we are beating a dead horse here!!
  20. Don't worry, we know you didn't make it up. It really did happen. Sometimes people don't like to believe things when it comes to their team and or coaches doing the wrong thing. Don't worry about it. Those who don't believe will soon be a believer when their own confirm it! :thumb:
  21. Actually, it is true. I have talked to several people about the game, and they have all said the same thing. He did not shake hands, and made it seem as if he had no intention of doing so. It was deliberate. It really upset the fans, and not just the Mason fans. Someone told me that a few BB fans were upset that he didn't do it and stayed around after the game talking with some Mason fans about it.
