  4. I watched this one online and all in all, it was a good game, well at least competitive. Delaware State (11-13, 4-4 MEAC) struggled but found a way to beat cellar-dwelling Coppin State (2-20, 1-7 conf) by ten on the road tonight. Hitting 43.6% in the win compared to an ice-cold 31% for the Eagles was a big reason for the win. The Hornets had a 35-29 advantage on the boards. Leading the path to the win was, Ddeywik Tavarez (Pennsauken, NJ) 22 points, 8 assists, and 6 boards. Wesley Oba (Manchester, England) came off of the bench to add 14 points and 6 boards. For the Eagles, Malik Battle (Douglasville, GA) came off of the bench to score 17.
  5. The Vikings (16-11, 9-7 Horizon) trailed by eight in the second half before coming back to upset Youngstown State (19-9, 11-6 conf) I watched this on the big screen and have to say it was a tough game. The Vikings hit 53.3% of their shots while the Penguins hit 43.1 from the field. Tristan Enarunna (Almere, Netherlands) had a game-high 31 points to go with 8 boards and 3 assists. Tae Williams (Chicago, IL) added 18 points and 7 boards. For Youngstown State, Ziggy Reid (Baltimore, MD) led the way with 19 points.
  6. Dayton (21-4, 11-2 A-10) had to work hard to post the win over the Rams (10-15, 4-8 conf) this afternoon in Dayton. The Flyers hit 57.4% of their shots compared to 41.4% for the Rams. DaRon Holmes II (Goodyear, AZ) led the winners with 29 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 assists. Javon Bennett (Orlando, FL) chipped in with 14 points. The Rams were led by Japhet Medor (Wellington, FL) with 17 points.
  7. This was game two in the series with the outcome better for the home team today as they posted the 8-2 win. For Washington & Lee (1-1) Jacob Jackson, and Mike Carpenter both went yard. The winners totaled 12 hits. Freshman, Cooper Charneco (W, 1-0) gets the win. He was throwing to his brother Campbell Charneco the starting catcher. For Centenary (1-1) Dominick Chiego had two of his team's four hits.

  14. Hanging around the same. Something has to change. 29 workouts so far and the calories are below what I have set, but the weight is not changing. I think it will be all cardio this week at the gym. At 60 the weight goes up a lot faster than it goes down.
