It was a great game. Sw started that pouting stuff in the first half and that is what got them. When their heads and heart are there they are the best team in the region. They had Wayne beat and played a crappy first half. Slink do you think Flynn thought she had the lead when she held the ball at the end of regulation. The scoreboard had been wrong then was corrected. :fight:

Should be a great game. I don't know if SW accomplished more than people thought though. Until now I feel they have underachieved. IMO they and Wayne are the 2 best in the 12th. I think Rock was overrated. Everyone kept saying they were heads and shoulders above the rest of the region. I just didn't see it. Don't get me wrong, they will be great next year but I thought before the season started it was SW to lose. They have size out front that can stretch the "D", they can shoot the 3 ball and they can go inside. My only knock on them is they can have bad attitudes at times. Don't hustle off the floor. Act like they never foul. #24's play(Salyers?) has been a great bonus down the stretch. Hope Flynn is healthy for tonight. I hope I didn't just give them the kiss of death.:creepy: :fight:

I thought Hammonds was the difference in the first half dominating the middle on the defensive end. Casey threw 4 straight passes into Rocks hands on the left wing in the second quarter. :fight:

I am sitting here reading this topic and thinking the same thing. I couldn't agree more. Dixon has great hands and to be only his first year at the varsity level. Does anybody know if anybody is looking at Dixon or John Perkins? :fight:

Mercer is a very strong program. They are having a down year. I didn't look at there schedule but it usually is pretty tough. They might be having some growing pains with the merger with Harrodsburg. Unless something has changed they try to run ya to death. OOPS just looked there schedule seems a little watered down this year. :fight:

I think you hit the nail on the head. People don't like change. When my mom played they wouldn't let the girls run from end to end. To hard on them. I remember when the three came out. People said there is no way girls can shoot from that far and be good at it. Remember when you couldn't dunk(heck I remember it well, still can't). Class system for basketball, everybody loves it for most other sports in Kentucky. Change, it's hard on people. :fight:

AAU nationals, college, big showcase events use it. Why not get them ready for a shot at the next level. :fight:

I forget which private school " we got money yes we do we got money how bout you". I like U-G-L-Y you aint got no alibi you ugly hey hey you ugly. Started soft then got louder. Wayne County students like this one. Wasn't a chant but heard one loud student yell to a ref several times at jump balls "COME ON YOU JERK, It's like they get it every other time" Bad thing was the ref finally got it and grinned toward the end of game. :fight:

I think the shot clock could help %. More transition shots. Womens college is much more fun to watch than high school and I think the shot clock has a lot to do with that. :fight:
