Terry Yeast was the AD, he left and went GRC.

Is this whole athletic department going in the ? since yeast left?? I'm just an outsider.

It wasn’t even as close as the score would lead you to believe. The bears could not handle the sheer athleticism. They were just overwhelmed. It wasn’t the coaching for Woodford for sure.

I think that, in coming Freshman Marshall Manning is on the Baylor Squad….. Maybe able to see his Dad (Payton Manning) at the game? Who knows?

District 6 maybe the toughest district in the state. It will have 3 top ten teams and a 4 top 15 that’s hard.

Can't believe Jarron Brown at Woodford didn't win for the 8th ? lol

It would be the next year…. But I’m sure all 3 won’t be in the same one. All 3 coaches/AD’s / principals will throw a hissy fit if it is.

If Shelby and Franklin move to 5A like the numbers earlier said. You have going West to East: 1.) South Oldham 2.) Collins 3.) Shelby Co 4.) Franklin Co 5.) Anderson Co 6.) Woodford Co 7.) West Jessamine 8.) East Jessamine 9.) Madison Southern 10.) Montgomery Co Some folks are going to have to move. Don't know if that's Madison Southern to the Pulaski/Laurel District? Or move Scott and or Woodford to the Jessmine/MoCo District. But will they save a spot for the new Carter County HS? Or I guess you can move South Oldham to the Louisville district. Interesting times in 5A east of I-65.

With the new enrolment numbers. Franklin/Scott may be a district game. That maybe a crazy district Franklin/Scott/Woodford.

They need organization from the top down. Great programs start that way. They need to align Youth-Middle -High School. You just can’t expect players to show up there Freshman year and expect them to be worth a hoot. Rowan has had some really good coaches in years past. They just could not get them over them hump. McDowell, Caba, Brown, Singleton, Graham, Baldridge, Peterson. We’re all good coaches. They just could not get it over the hump. I know they have a New AD as well maybe they will be able to get some support and get the best athletes in the County playing football. The state is littered with 6’4 big boys playing basketball that need to be playing football. Start them out younger playing football. Best of luck Coach Harris. Just my .02 cents.

His dad is a heart surgeon, he is featured in ARH commercials.
