I’m a neutral fan but does anyone think OC has a chance. Just seems like people are excluding them and sleeping on them.

I don't see LCA moving up. They have the weakest district schedule and their last game is against a 1A Raceland team. OC district isn't much better. But they face a 6A North Hardin team on the road their final game.

Beechwood last year playoffs.... 55-0 Trimble 62-14 Carroll Co. 49-12 Shelby Valley 48-0 Lloyd Memorial 14-13 Mayfield Seems like Beechwood had that last year and still won. I think Mayfield had the one tough game in the Semi's. Would be a good questions for the Mayfield fans on the thread.

I am thinking they have 13. Atwell is a Junior.

Why do you say that? The east is definitely less competitive than west. You have OC, mayfield, LCA, Green County, Murray, Crittenden. Other than beechwood whose is in east? According to ratings, not really anyone.

Hopefully the whole town would support any high school in Owensboro that makes it to the finals!!

Might as well just order them the rings!

Rumor is, rain has moved the OCath/Todd County game to Owensboro tomorrow night. Anyone confirm this?

Will Crittenden be much of a matchup for OC this week? Top 10 matchup in 2A.

And so it begins!!! Will the game mayfield couldn’t find an opponent hurt them?

I do think their district is weak, but that last game is not going to be a cake walk.

Is this what most people expected! Surprises?

Is the top 4 in the correct order to most?

Can anyone 5-10 compete with the top 4?

So why is lex catholic in the east and LCA not? Doesn’t make sense. This has been this way for the past two years

Once again I’m. It comparing apple to apples. It was a statement and that’s all it was meant to be

But In all fairness to these teams, I thinks it shows the talent in 2a from the top 4. No matter who plays who, they are going to be great games and that’s what you want.

So far OC has played 3 5A and 1 6A. Another 6A this week and then North Hardin to end the year. So 6 games are 5A/6A.

So two years ago in round 3, OC traveled to LCA, and mayfield played green county to get to semis. Last year, OC played LCA and mayfield played Metcalfe county. semis two years ago had mayfield and LCA from west and last year was mayfield and LCA. Mayfield had to go to beechwood in semis two years ago.

They have been in the west the past 2 years. Before the districts changed.

Well three of the top 4 are in the west. Not sure why this is. Lex Cath is in the east if I’m not mistaken. Any reasons why this is?
