  1. Trinity Coming to Independence. I like the sound of that.
  2. Just curious, Who would that district be? NKY doesn’t have any 3A teams. I believe the closest 3A would be Lewis County / Mason County.
  3. I was thinking that as well. It would be easier for them to win state. Cov Cath, Highlands, Holmes, Scott as a district. Do you see any other NKY teams making a move? Holy Cross to 1A? Any teams changing districts?
  4. Fair enough. I would love to see Lloyd with an upset but realistically that ain’t happening. I’m going to take a sleeper and have Walton Verona finding a way to make it out of NKY. best of luck to all teams for the remainder of the year.
  5. Also the year Cooper went to state. The beat Franklin County who had 2 linemen suspended for the 1st half of that game for getting ejected in a late scuffle the week before.
  6. Clay centers, Dante Hendrix, Jaden Jackson, Jarod Lonaker, Nick Meyers, Joe Poage, Jeremiah Lee, Tyron Chipwelon,Xavier Smith, Drew Warth, Anthony Witschey, Michael Spencer, Dominic Rulli. not to mention they had Zion Mason, RJ West, Jeremiah Williams. Don’t mention lack of talent. It’s lack of coaching.
  7. What big games has Borchers won in his time at Cooper to make anyone think his team can win a championship? I’ll give him this, he’s been to 1 state title game. But that was before Frederick Douglass and South Warren had a team.
  8. All that Cooper this and Cooper that. Cooper is just another Boone county school with no shot at winning a state title. Seems to be the trend for Boone County schools.
  9. Not harsh, and IMO Dave Trosper isn’t a good coach. Man has been there for 10+ years and hasn’t won a 3rd round playoff game.
  10. Conner is Terrible. Cov with a running clock middle of the 2nd quarter.
  11. With Berger being out for Beechwood does Lloyd or Walton Verona have a shot to make it out that side of the bracket?
  12. This game could go one of two ways. Either Cooper wins big, OR we get that great Conner v Cooper thriller of a close game. I’m hoping Cooper wins big.
