  1. Any word on the injured QB and Cheerleader?
  2. And your point is what? It still happened.
  3. Highlands D also had a pick six.
  4. I hate to do it, but in this instance it was PI. There is no such thing as uncatchable in high school. The DB went through the back of the WR regardless of where the ball is.
  5. We will be at my brother in laws Friday. He lives a Mile from Male. How and when can we get tickets?
  6. I’m in the old school line of thinking. And as much as I think Bobby Knight is a bully, if their butts meet the bench, that should change things. If not said player(s) shouldn’t be on the field. It doesn’t do anyone any good, mentally or physically, to not be 100% invested in playing a physical sport like football. It’s dangerous to be on the field not going as hard as you can. Coach Lucas had a situation like this at Newport, he turned it around. Maybe have to dig into the archives and figure out how he did it.
  7. When situations like this arise I am dumbfounded. Why would you go through all practices in the heat wearing full pads, just to quit on your teammates bc the game is not going according to plan? Football has to be the hardest one to “just show up” and expect to be good. It takes all 11 players going as hard as they can at the same exact time every play.
