Awesome to see all these KY schools with success against out of state opponents! Let’s hope it keeps up throughout the holiday tournaments and keep representing KY HS Basketball well.

Make up for game cancelled last week. Thoughts and Predictions?

CONGRATS

The score indicates the Eagles can play with anyone in the 10th. Rebounding was a huge factor and FT’s....but the stats clearly indicate GRC does not like to be pressured

Can be said for both teams. It was a very hard fought game. Give the Eagles the credit they have earned....The bottom line is GRC made FT’s...We did not. Plain and simple.

@mcpapa you’re the GOAT for a reason! Harrison ended the season strong and return key parts....im pretty sure Brossart returns every player, which should make for an interesting 37th District. Those are my dark horse picks to make some noise It will be very interesting to see how The Guards of Mason gel this year compared to last year and also the same can be said for all the new parts at GRC. Last year was one for the books and with the great teams we have this year in the 10th...im expecting more of the same from the best region in the state!!!

Can we close this thread since this is no longer about the 10th Region preview and instead about BGP’ers....I don’t post much but reading this for the past two pages is enough

Eric Johnson from Paris would be my vote!

Scott High School? They were one point away from the state championship game this past season. Not sure of any transfers on that team that I can recall? Believe almost all of them came up through the pipelines.

Steve Wright? Does Mercer really want someone who may only be a short term fix? Shouldn't they be looking for some stability?

You're right. Your post was the only one I saw going in depth on teams (Which is greatly appreciated) instead of listing ranking and top players.

Don't underestimate Pouncy, Perrin, Ohmer and the rest of the Eagles, including a deep sophomore class! I know JV doesn't get enough love on this site but the Eagles did have a 8th grader run point for JV all year long and he did a tremendous job playing up. They also made it to the final four of the NKY JV tourney and finished with a record of 15-6. They all have things to work on (as all players do at this age) so time will tell about the Eagles... Also this is my first post and I love the job everyone does on BGP to get KY kids noticed and recognized!
