  1. Pretty funny comment they would have their way in 8th or 10th Camels and Pioneers beat them easy
  2. I didn't see video at end so what did you think after seeing it?
  3. I wasn't there but I have seen some girls basketball that would be difficult to officiate... could call 50 fouls and 50 walks and so..... I understand its not easy refs may be letting a lot go
  4. In fairness to the refs - sometimes these kind of games are not easy to officiate
  5. my Camels poised for a run... Got a good crew up and coming too!
  6. Brossart competed 2 years ago with Campbell and actually they did last year but lost some very nice players last 2 years Let’s face it this year they did not compete - it could have been 100
  7. if the score was 61-13 at half or whatever it was ... and it ended 68-19 or whatever it was, would that not indicate he called of the dogs? The team deserved a half of play in whatever style they want... and then call if off and he did.. the running clock cannot be invoked until half no matter what the score so I think that's consistent with "you get a half to play your game" Again the score could have been 126 - 22. The coach called it off at half.
  8. and as far as a young team........ we return 3 current sophomores and a current 8th grader with lots of varsity minutes
  9. the game could have been 126 - 22. I would say accepting and allowing it to be 67-18 was in fact calling off the dogs. and the Lady Camels will be just fine next season
  10. Everyone fighting for third place.... Appears to be a Camel Card Region...... Scott the best of the rest...
  11. two best teams in Region by far... should be a good one... If Igo is out I will say my Camels by 10
  12. Camels and GRC - a two team Region Would also mention Scott as a third but that's about it this year...
  13. ive seen many speculate the same and maybe so....... but in a lot of cases (it seems especially with girls) that actually not that often holds true.
  14. Transfers for the sake of the sport only is the wrong reason to transfer. I'm not suggesting this is why thia senior did at all because I have no idea. If she transferred for non related to sports reasons she deserves absolutely the same opportunity as anyone else. "If" she transferred for sports only, its the wrong reason and that usually backfires as things just seem to work out that way. As for 8th graders playing over upper classmen... My opinion is a lot of times coaches do this to project a "future" of a program as if to in a way say "look what I have on the horizon" but in the end, most of these girls never get any better and the team does no better that it would have anyway so I would like to see them give the nod to the upper class players. In the end its the right thing to do... forget all the "this 8th grader is going to be a star" for the price of a kid that's paid some dues...... the program wont do any better anyway.
  15. Campbell Co and Clark County ------ maybe 30 points better than any other region team with the exception of Scott
  16. This region is a two team race... the only remote outside shot of an upset in February could be Scott Just being honest
  17. Our Camels will win the one that counts...... and lets play basketball!
  18. This Region is all about the Cardinals and the Camels..... Its a 2 Team Race
  19. Camels had great season and are loaded coming back.....
