I'm not tech savvy...how do I do that? My wife is more learned than I is.

Is anyone else having trouble with the radio broadcast? It always seems to cut out during or right after big plays, and doesn't come back for 10-30 seconds. This is ongoing, even on 970am.

My only complaint is the type of Tank. I drove M1A1s in the Army. If you could replace it with one of those I'd be forever in you debt.

I agree on all points. However I will say that I "temporarily" retract my previous grievances towards Coach Cobb. He made absolute gutsy calls that played out. I commend his tenacity for those. He is one of the best defensive guys in the state. His record at DC shows that. These kids, like week 1 against Carmel, showed a ton of heart and unwillingness to quit. The offense is lackluster. But is learning and growing every week. At some point however, they're going to have to "open the playbook". Relying on the QBs legs consistently is going to hurt them at some point. Back on the road to LaSalle next week. They're loss tonight though is somewhat encouraging for me. GO ROCKS

I talked to Bob after he retired. We sat outside at a restaurant and talked mostly about Trinity football. He was very explicit in how vocal he was to the AD about what a bad choice Cobb was to take over. They claim they accepted applications from all over the country, but from what I understand simply asked parents and players who their favorite coach was on the staff. Jay Cobb essentially won a popularity contest because he's a nice guy. Something Beatty never gave a darn about and wasn't afraid to say it. Practices look slow and unmotivated these days. Used to, you could hear Beattys voice on the other side of St. Matthews. Now you wouldn't know there was a practice unless you drove by.

Since 2000, Trinity has not gone consecutive years without a state title. So yes, our standards are high.

I leaning more towards the coaching change. Remember how UofL went down a few notches with Kragthorpe at HC. That's what is happening with Jay Cobb as the Trinity HC.
