Glen Este and Amelia merged to form West Clermont. I don't think they will be very strong. Glen Este wasn't very good and I think Amelia graduated their big guns from last year. Does anyone have the results from these games?

Surprised a bit of this score with all the talent that NDA has and Ursula being a bit down the last couple of years.

Wow very surprising score of 4-1 Ursula. 4-1 is pretty much an old fashion butt kicking! With an exceptional NDA team losing to a program that is a bit down really surprised me.

I'll be seeing Morgan County for the first time when play at a tourney at Bellevue in December. My family down there keeps telling me that I have to see the Perry kid play.

Congrats on the win. Who will they play on the sorghum festival weekend? We're going to try to get down there that weekend to visit some family. Would like to take in a game.

At our school, everyone does preseason workouts together. But once the teams are set, the teams practice separate. We have 3 varsity coaches and we have 3 JV coaches. We do not have a freshman team. But when we play games the varsity head coach sits on the JV bench.

Interesting stuff and they are successful with what they do. When you look at all the percentages it really does make sense but you have to have thick skin to pull this off because of all the critics that would be on message boards calling you an idiot when it doesn't work lol.

I heard the injury bug hit Brossart.

I certainly didn't mean anything against teachers. But if I could choose a coach for my daughter to play for between a higher level club coach/trainer who has played at a high level or someone who kind of knows the game and got the coaching job because they teach within the district. I'm taking the club coach.

I never had elk, I might look into a trip down to Prestonsburg on the 19th. Thanks for posting Watusi.

Thanks Randy. Spindoc, I don't know goldie but if he or she is from West Liberty or Stacy Fork then there's a good chance lol.

In Ohio you can not play for a club team if the coach is a head coach or an assistant coach for your high school team. And Ohio also has a rule that you can't have more than 5 players on your club team from a high school team. I'm not sure of the rules in Kentucky. My daughter plays for a club team that plays in the MRL. I like having club coaches at the school. It beats a teacher taking the position that has no clue what he or she is doing.

I'm from the east side of Cincinnati. I went to Mariemont High School and I had a son that wrestled for them and my daughter currently plays soccer there. I have visited this site to read about Kentucky wrestlers in the past and now I have been reading the girls soccer posts. I've been a UK fan since I was very young, my family is from Morgan County so it's kind of in my blood Again thanks for allowing me to join your forums.
