  1. Caleb Perry - also Mccracken/Pumas to Bethel in TN.
  2. Brendan & Preston Wright - Mccracken and Pumas, KY Weslyean Trevor Massa - GK - Mccracken and Pumas - Spalding
  3. Honorable mention, first 30 min West seemed to have possession. I cant remember many shots on goal by East. 2nd 30 minutes, new GK for West had several saves, so East gaining momentum, then final 30 with 3rd West GK, East had possession and clearly several shots o goal to score their 4.
  4. Coaches Association Awards Offensive Player - Ethan Noel, Hopkinsville Defensive Player - Michael Hagerty, St. X Goalkeeper - Trevor Massa, McCracken Most Goals - Will Miller, Taylor Co Most Assists - Ethan Noel, Hopkinsville Shutouts - Ryle Goals - Calvary Least Allowed - Ryle, Warren Cent Congrats to all
  5. I am certainly no math major, but here's what it appears: Warren Cen - Esmic 5 GA /22 games .20 Ryle - Spindley 12/24 .50 Mccracken - Massa 13/23 .56 On Ryle, it says other gk allowed goals but when i looked at individual games, i couldnt find where. For Warren and Mccracken, other keepers allowed a goal or two, but I tried to figure it as each keeper. Great stats by Warren. We will see if these change as tourney advances.
  6. Ugh, yes. We stunk it up. Credit to Calloway for playing with fire. We did not help ourselves. Their GK made good save early, a no call in the box which resulted in counter goal and we were scrambled. We played a tough shedule Sept but needed those games later in the month to be ready. We literally have offered money for teams to travel down and play but not many want to make the journey west. So tough way to end. 13 goals by GK Trevor Massa for an ending .56 GA. 31 shutouts career. But.. ugh... losing sucks!
  7. Not as significant, but a call that resulted in refs at same location giving GK a yellow card for delay. The entire play was 8 seconds. No idea if same refs or not, but ...
  8. Waiver for regionals also? There a few that cannot be 100 yrds.
  9. My pet peeve is playing tournaments on fields that are clearly too small. Someone needs to independently verify these each year.
  10. Yes. What brings down schedule is the district games. Outside of those, we have played competitive schedule. Two goals by starting GK -- who isn't doing too bad with his own stats -- and one by backup freshman keeper.
  11. McCracken makes it 23 of 23 players. The last player scored last night on Pk. I am sure the other team wondered why there was such a cheer. Just a fun little fact.
  12. Mccracken 7 0 over Graves. Also, Mccracken now has goals by each of the 23 varsity players.
  13. Is there a way to report errors? One team has their game scores correct, but then individual stats aren't updated. So that results in wrong stat.
  14. Dist 1 and 2 alternate with girls games. For instance, early game is girls; then late game is boys. But yes, would be better if it were two boys games.
  15. This will be very competitive within the district.
  16. Does your school have a fall break? Does your team play? We usually had a tourney the first weekend and a game during the week. However due to schedule change our fall break now coincides with district tournament. So just curious about other areas of state.
  17. I think North Hardin goal was actually own goal, but not positive.
  18. Understood. In this case, GK didn"t attempt a catch. Batted it down for save. It was just a miracle we got out of there without giving up PK.
  19. Nope. Well I think not. What WAS called was ref thought he picked up/dropped ball instead of catching it for a save. He saved it by batting it down with both hands -- as he had done before in game. Team was awarded kick for that too.
  20. Yellow card given to our GK. We have camera behind net. Gk has ball, walking to top of box, settling defense, both teams walking to midfield, gk in constant motion. Ref blows whistle. Total play, including kick by keeper as whistle blowing.... 10 sec. Score was 3 -1. Stoppage time. Thankfully team did not comvert.
  21. What is reasonable amount of time for keeper to have ball after save, teams both walking back to reset? Gk in constant motion; not just standing with ball.
  22. Which school has smallest field you play on? Thoughts on how it affects pĺay? Here in Western part of state Graves co, Hopkinsville and maybe Calloway on smaller side. Now, I am no field technician, but these cannot possibly be 100 yards. Judging by distance from 18 yrd box to midfield. As far as play, I think GK at biggest disadvantage. They have less time to see play developing, coming at them.
