I'm confused every year by GRC seems as they just dont perform well in big games. I actually like their style of play just seems as tho they come up a little short.

Wow Yoda has done it again. Very well may be the best HS coach in the state. Not a fan of the style but hard to argue with the results.

Dosen't sound like their going to be much fun to watch either 37 34 wow. I do have to hand it to Kes he may be the best HS coach in country.

Ludlow maybe not the 5 and 0 start that's so surprising but they way they have done it. Won all 5 in very convincing fashion. Looks like the team is really playing together and have full embraced new head coach Stamm.

I'd say the one win Ryle Raiders are a surprise. I would also add the one loss Conner Cougars are bit of a surprise. Staying In the 33rd I'd think copper is better than most expected as is boone.

This was an exposure event for Ryle as they got exposed.. Simon looked good with Maddie this would have been a much better game obviously but still a win for SK in my opinion. We will see if SK is for real as they have Sacred Heart and GRC up next.. The 8th region is pretty strong at the top with SK Anderson and Walton. Hopefully Ryle will be back to 100% soon..

First off I didn't put anyone anywhere I never said a word until you questioned my teams schedule. All UCME said was one of the top 8th graders and you start with local team don't play anyone crap. I've been doing this a long time I dont try to rank players in the state at the 8th grade level I will tell you shes pretty damn good. So is Julia Hunt and Anna Hamilton.

Typically they quit I think that's the reason we have large schools with 1 or 2 seniors for senior night. Although most of our girls are "playing up" not a huge fan. Ohio and Indiana don't allow it seems to work out pretty well for them.

I would say beating KYP 2024 at the classic beating 2 of Indiana Flights 2024's at the Bearcat. Loosing to a very good Hollywood Eagles Team (Florida) in the championship of USAB in Tenn. Competing at the Nike Nationals in Chicago in the top division of 2024. loosing to Alabama Southern Stars top 2024 team in Atalanta at The Nationals by only a few points as well as a 3 point loss to Indiana Flights top 2024 team . I would say that a pretty tough schedule. I'm not debating top kids in the state at an 8th grade level I've been doing this way to long for that but I will put our schedule up against any in the country. Oh any there is no closed Nike or UA or Adidas tournaments for 2024 everyone is welcome at all.

Where was that game at? We didn't get a chance to play them. You are correct the 2 NKY kids on that team are very good.

You clearly dont follow "AAU" (no one plays aau anymore) but Fusion plays and competes at a national level.

Thank goodness dead period starts tomorrow 6/24 some of these HS coaches need a break!!

Did St. Henry play in any scrimmages? I didn't see them anywhere if so who coached?

It's unfortunate but no one is playing actual AAU. Most teams/directors and especially parents really don't even understand that there is an actual AAU organization. It's amazing the parents I talk to that think their kid has been playing AAU basketball and they have only been playing in a league that says it's an AAU league. AAU was a great organization back in the day it's unfortunate what's happened to AAU basketball over the past 10 years.

Ryle will have the best 3 players on the floor problem may be the participants that are not on the floor. (aka coaches) I will guarantee you that the Murray staff has been working on how to beat Ryle since they cut the nets in their final game. With all that said i'm still not ready to pick the upset of the year so I will go with Ryle but it's going to be a fight.
