I talked to Trajon and his father after the game Fri and they both said he will be back for the next game. But haven't heard word from the team yet. We should know more here in the next day or two. He dislocated his elbow and they popped it back in place.

I can see where people haven't seen us play would question that. But the honest answer is NO. Played a very potent offense last night with athletes everywhere. We were jus very gassed. Hot and humid last night. We will be fine.

The person starting the thread western football isn't one of us from Mayfield I don't think. But I could be wrong. Put it this way I don't know who it is. Most of us Mayfield fans know what we got and the type of team we have each year and what we have had through out the years and see no need in fishing for compliments. Most of us are very humble and appreciative of the type of success we have had and the run we have been on the last 6 or 7 years. Nothing wrong with being confident. But being cocky is a different story.

Hey 57 according to a sports writer Mayfield out gained MC 411 to 405. The Pad Sun only had individual stats. Nothing on team stats.

Great game Cardinals!!! I thought there was a couple of times we had a chance to put them away but MC kept fighting back. We beat a solid ball club tonight and especially when Bright went out midways through the 2nd qtr. I DIDNOT want that game to go into overtime. It was a very hot and muggy night and we were gassed bad. There were a TON of flags thrown tonight and I mean a bunch. I wouldn't be surprised if both teams had over 100 yds in penalties. Game didn't like much lasting 3 1/2 hrs.

Trajon is out of the game. Went out roughly half way through the 2nd qtr. Word is he has a dislocated elbow. Same exact thing that happened to him last season I do believe. He missed 4 games last season bc of that injury. This is def gonna hurt.
