  1. Latest Trumpism:  "He hit my hands. Nobody has ever hit my hands. I have never heard of this. Look at those hands. Are they small hands?" Trump said at the Fox News GOP debate Thursday. "And he referred to my hands if they are small, something else must be small. I guarantee you there is no problem. I guarantee you."
  2. Clinton camp has been asking for this guy to testify for months. I don't blame him for pleading the 5th or requesting immunity. The truth will never be enough with those trying tear down Hillary, and his life could be ruined.
  3. Always curious about the posts that get BGPers in timeout. Too bad we don't have a "posts that got you suspended" thread. :lol2:
  4. I feel for Rs in Kentucky they should have had a voice in this change. I'd hang it on Rand and make him pay.
  5. How in the world will GOP actually nominate him? Voters will choose Trump but I can't see any of the establishment getting behind him. No way, no how!
  6. From last night I just get the sense they will just take it away from him. As Carson and Kasich drop the delegates they win will be thrown told to vote for one of the other guys. It would be then too late for Teump to get on the ballot in some states. Republicans could railroad him two ways. In all honesty a third party candidate like Bloomberg needs to run. They may win. None of this base voting for Trump would vote for Rubio/Cruz takeover. This group largely hates HRC, so if this candidate could pull that group and some democrats: 40% or less might win the general election.
  7. Super Tuesday Results 216 - The New York Times Nice round up of what happened yesterday from the NYT. Cruz had a pretty good night in the fact he stayed alive, but this was supposed to be his night. Everybody sounded like they are taking this thing to the convention, which is not good for the GOP. Bernie stayed relevant, which for my party is a good thing. Personally, Dems need to continue to talk about the issues that are important today and not slide into how to beat Trump.
  8. HRC's region of origin depends on where she is. Tonight she was a southerner :lol2:
  9. Some weird things: 1. Oklahoma voted for polar opposite candidates. 2. The south voted for a New York Yankee billionaire :jump:
  10. So it looks like Trump wins Tenn Georgia Alabama Virginia Mass Vermont Cruz Texas Oklahoma Hillary Tenn Virginia Alabama Georgia Texas Mass Bernie Oklahoma Vermont
  11. In 2008, super delegate talk got hot and heavy when the race was tight , but the super delegates went the way of the people. Bernie never really had a chance. He was just that summer love the democrat electorate has outgrown unlike the Republicans who have hitched up to that one-night stand, Trump.
  12. 1. I want to continue health care reform. Obamacare wasn't complete; too many private interests involved. 2. Time to stop acting unilaterally. We can be the qb, but we need to use the rest of the team with these conflicts around the world. Pouring out a lot of American dollars and wasting too many American lives. 3. Refocus on Education: A. Ease the cost of post secondary education and training on our young people. We hamper them for years with these exorbitant loans and costs. FWIW Universities are just as guilty. 2. Lower classroom size and make teaching a profession in this country that can attract the best. 4. Address income inequality. Too much of our nation's wealth being held in the hands of the few. Redistribute in ways to assist the common good (national debt and infrastructure would be a good place to start). 5. I want my president to continue the discussion about the misuse of guns. No war on guns just how can we protect gun rights and innocent citizens.
  13. Has anyone else seen the clip where Rubio is stumping and says "you know what they say about men with small hands" alluding to Trump? Who says that? 1. I have never heard a man say it. 2. How is this even appropriate in a presidential election? Ruboto's programmer has lost it.
  14. Chuck Todd said this morning that to get in the Ballot as an independent candidate in Texas someone must file tomorrow. I didn't check that just going off what he said, but point is this splinter of Bloomsberg/Romney III may happen tomorrow with Trump as the Republican but the establishment behind the "New Republicans". :idunno:
  15. You may as well say Sanders vs. Hellcats or Hellcats vs Cruzio. Trump vs. Clinton. Period. Unless the GOP is going to go crazy...er.
  16. Sadly, I'm afraid the powers that be will not allow a new party arise. They will just split support in the fall with the same candidates. Trump party, Cruz-Republican, Bloomberg, Clinton- Democrat.
  17.  I clicked and read the article, but I couldn't help but crack up at the way the article linked in your post: "2" Mass. voters quit Democratic Party. If Kentucky was an open primary I would switch to Independent too. I may switch all the way to the dark side anyway, so I can vote against Mitch twice.
  18. Very calculated. He didn't openly denounce; he didn't openly recieve. The FAR right is thinking Trump is right there with them.
  19. But I support Trump...I love what he is doing with the Republican Party these days.:ylsuper:
