Never hitchhiked myself, but have picked up probably a handful of people. I've not had any problems I once picked up a younger guy maybe 14 or so, and dropped him near his driveway. After leaving there my buddy and I drive up on a girl around the same age and turns out they had both snuck out and met up. We ended up dropping her off by here driveway as well.

I'm looking forward to the movie; Like others have said I thought the first 2 books were good. The third left something to be desired.

With all the injuries it's a wonder Dusty hasn't found some way to sneak Corey Patterson onto the roster.

I thought Hardaway & Robinson (dont think he's announced either way) should return with McGary and have another good team next year. I was very surprised by Smart as well, maybe Travis Ford has that power of persuasion... just can't imagine what you would tell a kid that is slated to go top 3.

I like Kyle Anderson, but he's a tweener so to speak at the NBA level. His size and skill set will make it hard for him to be on the floor in the league.
