  1. the NCAA requires each Division III school to report how much money it gives to students who play sports and how much money it gives to nonathletes. Those numbers show that athletes at Division III schools, on average, aren't getting significantly more money than nonathletes. Sports players make up 21 percent of the student body at Division III schools, he said. In recent years, the NCAA has found that athletes receive 22 percent of all the scholarship dollars handed out by Division III schools.
  2. You said in No Way. That is false.
  3. look you want the position coach to bring the film to the head coach my experience is If your film and size fits the mold they will answer emails. I have 100% fact that they Do! Your High School coach should be a big part of this. Why sit back and let him do all the work.
  4. How in the world are you going to get a coaches cell phone number to call them?
  5. It's 2014 they will ask for your HUDL password.
  6. Yes highlight film means little to the Top FBS schools. Camps only speed, Size. But the other half of D-1 schools the do look.
  7. They do watch film of players.
  8. Grades ACT scores are big. I want to add you don't need your HS. Coach to do any of the work. Have him make the H/L then go to work. Some SK posters on BGP were saying their H/S coach wouldnt help in recruiting. IIt's not his job to find you a school.
  9. I still like my odds with the D1 coaches picking the top players. T.E. is hard to judge, some teams pass alot some run alot.
  10. Your right. Rec. Stats are all that matter for a tight end.
  11. Full ride. Size and blocking at the 2nd level is what Austin p. Likes. Stretch blocking big tall athletic. Can go up and get the ball. Also love the fact he plays basketball.
  12. I pull for N.K.Y. kids. Love to see a bunch go on to play at the next level.
  13. Why would you not take a free education with meals housing paid for? I would not want my kid to go across the country. But If his dream is to play D1 football have at it.
  14. Same to all the S.K. kids. Love the school good people. All in fun. Good luck!
  15. Hedger had 15 rec. Last year. Two season 47 rec. Over 500 yards 4t.d.s 2nd leading rec. On a team that ran 1st and 2nd. One more time D1 offer speaks for it's self
  16. Agree to a point. Number in high school sports are a hard think to look at. I think size speed are the first things looked at. Number are just icing on the cake. So you are saying kids are getting passed up??
  17. Looks and visits are not offers. Hedger has been for visits also to F.B.S. schools Visits are light years from an offer.
  18. Know the kid and family good kid. Should be D-1 if healthy
