People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones! It bothers me for someone to be all smiles to your face while hugging you and stabbing you in the back! Nobody was blaming Kinmon for anything but the little digs on the Grant Co. program you opened that up. The evaluation of talent is the responsibility of the coaching staff, of the 2 players mentioned I think Hunt stuck it out worked hard and will play college basketball next year. I think this coaching staff is better at developing talent than the previous staff!

If Kinmon did so well, Why did it take 10+ years to win 100 games?

Really? Did any players ever quit while he was at the helm? Would they have made the team better? Manic you know exactly what has happened at GC this year EVERY LITTLE DETAIL! So don't act clueless when asking Sweetlucy 23 "What has happened to make you think they wouldn't win 10 games". Bottom line is these kids played their butts off all year! they lost some games they should not have, and they won some games they should not have. Measure all of them that played on a regular basis, there is not 1 that is a true 6 footer! but the scrapped and clawed all season ,won their way to the region, and got it handed to them by a much more talented team. Its been one kick in the gut after another for GC this year but nobody wants to applaud the kids for overcoming everything that was thrown at them. As far as what I said about get on board or go somewhere else, Well... What part of that do you need me to translate?

What makes you think the program was in good shape? There was no discipline, no development of the younger players in the feeder programs and a lot of outside influence! What has happened is no more who you are and young players stepping up.Grant will be fine as these players mature. Your either with them or against them, get on board or go somewhere else!

I think its great that kids that bust their humps everyday in practice that don't put up big numbers get some props! Their role on the team is just as important as those that lead in scoring or rebounding,without them it wouldn't happen. Conflicts only happen when things don't go the way the "good ole boy network" thinks it should! Earn what you get and dont have it handed to you because of who you are. Congratulations to Simon Kenton! They shot lights out from 3. Grant just didn't have the horses. And for your information madman I prefer to do most things in person which I did and I have a few things I would like to discuss with you!

So if the teams were reversed and Walton kids played at Grant and Grant kids played at Walton, then the "A" school beats the big school,then do these kids get respect?

Why do they send the votes to Owen County? Why did Owen have coach and player of the year? This has all been covered in another thread.

Most parents feel the program is headed in the right direction! So don't think u speak for the parents, I know the parents. On a side note, the 2 Walton Verona All region players, Hargett and McNeil scored 26 last night. Grant County Region Rejects Trevor Hunt and Tyler Carr had 37

It started right out of the gate in Gatlinburg! As the Gatlinburg -Pittman Coach was complimenting Grant County to me, A Walton Verona fan didnt realize I was with Grant and started with the disrespectful comments. What goes around comes around!! GOOD JOB BRAVES!!!!

No offense taken, sorry I misunderstood. There is a lack of statistical data and should be a defined criteria, otherwise it is similar to a gymnastics competition scoring, nothing more than opinion.
