Boone Co. 3 Dixie 1 in a great game by both teams. Dixie came out a little nervous but played well. Both teams scored in first inning then the pitching and fielding took over. Teegarden allowed just the one run to Dixie this year in 14 innings of pitching. Great job against the number 1 rated team most of the season. Teegarden was named tournment MVP(as he was named in the district tournment) and just maybe should be considered for POY . Boons will play 6/14/10 at 8:30 pm in Lexington. Will be there to watch them keep a great season going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Teegarden pitches all seven and allows Dixie 1 run in the first inning. Boone played a great game as did Dixie but today it was Boone. Teegarden pitch 14 innings against Dixie and allowed just one run, great job by him. Teegarden was named tournment MVP (he also was district MVP). Maybe he could be considered for POY. Cov Cath did not beat Boone hankily as stated, it's okay to stand for your team but don't make it sound so one sided!!!!! I will state my thoughts whenever I wish and how I wish within the bounds, thank you.

Teegarden was coming off a injury when he pitched against Cov Cath earlier. Boone made some defense errors that cost them the game in the 5th or 6th inning. I think TOG is all one sided a little to much at times. This should be a good game no matter who pitches so lets let the kids play and just watch !!!!!!

Boone co wins 14 - 2 in 5 innings . Teegarden pitched all five for Boone , don't know who started for St. Henry. Boone scored 6 in the first to set the tone for the game. Boone plays Cov Cath friday around 7 pm. Should be a good game. Good luck to all the teams left.

I don't understand what you are saying here? Bellevue and Newport have to be the weakest in either bracket. Not saying they don't have a chance but odds are against them. Just asking!.

Teegarden just pitched against NCC so I don't know. He did not have a good outing the other day but the young man can pitch!!! It could be a good move for Boone to pitch Teegarden or someone else and use Deno in district final. (That's if they win today). They have a good staff so you have a lot of choices.

I do not believe the kids who played JV all season should be allowed to come down just to play in the tournaments. I is not fair to the kids who have played all season and have earned the spots on the team, but I know it is win at all cost and not worry about the kids for a lot of schools and coaches and yes a lot of parents. Very bad example to set for the KIDs who should come first, not the "W"s.

Not only is Teegarden one of the best underclassmen he could be POY canidate, HItting .467, 24 RBI, 4 HRs, and leading in ERA for pitching at .032, plus he is very solid at defense and loves the game and it shows. Keep it up Doug.

Nate Alford for Boone, rough couple innings then he pitched well. Both teams had a few errrors. Do not know the other pitchers name.

Boone should win this one if they come to play!!!!!

Watch for a junior for the Camels this fall by the name of Zach Lemons, great hands and knowledge , just seems to get open, Kramer will love throwing to him.
