Nate Alford went all 7 for Boone. Not sure on Brossart.

Greis for Brossart

Senior David Greis came into the game sporting a 5 (or 6)-0 win-loss record.

 

He and Travis Norton are the Mustangs 1/2 combination.

 

Greis has not pitched since the NewCath game back on April 19th, but I'm sure was ready to go.

Impressive win for the Rebels facing Greis and not having their #1 go against him.

David Greis started and took his first loss of the season.

Zach Fardo and Ian Hehman pitched well in relief.

Travis Norton went 2 for 3 with his 15th double of the season, moving him to within one of tying Evan McDole's school record 16.

Anthony Steffen, David Greis, and Zach Fardo each had doubles as well.

This young man sure looked good on the hill. This was the first time I have seen him pitch this year. Very nice job young man, very nice.
