oldtimeballer
Boone co wins 14 - 2 in 5 innings . Teegarden pitched all five for Boone , don't know who started for St. Henry. Boone scored 6 in the first to set the tone for the game. Boone plays Cov Cath friday around 7 pm. Should be a good game. Good luck to all the teams left. SportsFan62
Zerheusen started for St. Henry and I don't think he got an out. Then Allan Schaber and Landon Rouse I think all in the first two innings. Mitchell Kuebbing finished it for them. They struggled againts Boone's solid bats.
History
St. Henry looked really small compared to the big boys from Boone. It's easy to say now, but Bellevue, St.Henry and Newport were simply outmatched in this tourney. I think the best four teams are left standing. Should get interesting from here on out. I figured Boone would win this one, but I did not expect it to be this lopsided. Anyway, Congrats to Boone - and I agree with the bolded part above.
