So as we said before it is a gamble and they could quite possibly go 5-5 or worse (I predict 7-3), but I think it is a gamble they have to take. Its a good thing you are not nailing the casket shut on Male, because when it comes to High School football there are always alot of up and down cycles. In the last couple of years yes Male has lost to the Crimson's but that does not mean they are taking a turn in the wrong direction. This year Male has all of their O-line back as well as an abundance of returning starters at key positions, including a QB who took them to the 6A State semi-final last year. The dawgs will be back and Manual is not ready to take their place. As far as the up and down cycles look what Manual loses from last year, quite a bit i think. As far as academics Lou. Male is right there with Manual.

Don't be embarrassed for Male. They dominated the game!

So everybody is a referee now, there were no flags on the play seems like a successful play to me. If it was illegal one play did not make this game. Male controlled the line of scrimmage in the second half and simply out played Manual. On a dry field with Male's speed the score would have been worse.

Manuals O-line doesn't compare to Male's, 5 seniors and an average of 230lbs, they have been blowing people off the ball. This should continue Friday nite

Just to get the facts straight. In the freshman game Central beat Male, but the Male - Central JV game was a runaway for the Bulldogs. They do play some Juniors but NONE play Varsity minutes.
