Easy guys and gals. These are still 15 to 18 year old kids and not an NBA team. Losing focus is not the problem but rather they are going to get everyone's best shot night in and night out as the Holmes game is every other teams Super Bowl. Coach H knows this and is going to let the kids figure it out and have them ready in March. There are going to be more games like this.

I am sure you had the Cardinals getting to the Super Bowl.
-
I am sorry Les you are correct the AZ Cardinals are clearly one of the best two teams in the NFL. I am sure all agree.
-
I guess the AZ Cardinals are better than the Ravens, Colts, Giants etc.
-
The sixteen Region winners will be at Rupp, not the 16 best teams.
-
If just getting to Rupp is the goal then what is left to do when you get there?
-
Enjoy it while you can. What is being proved when you win by 30 plus? Pull the pedal off the gas and pull you starters at halftime if you have to. Embarrassing another team is not a good idea. I am sure you can remember when other teams would pull there starters when they played Elliott County teams from the past. Sportsmanship is all that I am saying.
-
I have said it before and will say it again, EC's schedule will only hand them another first or second round departure at Rupp.
-
Beating inferior teams by 30 to 50 is not how the game is played.

Looks like the BCS is running this poll as well. Ohio State has to be in the mix as well, lol. -

I agree, I have seen this team 3 different times in the past 6 years once with Rajon Rondo and this team simply reloads every year and nobody compares as to D1 prospects that come out of this private school. -

Scott County must be 5th in this poll and Elliott County sixth. -
Top ranked teams from No Ky

Lets be careful here. According to the powerful Atari computers being used in Louisville and Lexington Holmes is not ranked number 1 and never has this year. A team that Holmes beat and a powerhouse from somewhere in KY is ranked higher than Holmes. Holmes needs to beat Cooper by around 90 points because showing up weaker competition is obviously criteria #1 in the rating systems Litkenhous and Mr. Cantrall use. -

I forgot about this muderer's row. Morgan County, West Carter twice, Lewis county twice, Boyd county, Rowan County, Anderson County and powerhouse East Carter -

Glad to see the Atari is still working hard cranking out these ratings. The mere fact EC gets higher ratings for beating and even scheduling a team like Fairview is a joke. I think we have seen this before EC pounds away at second tier teams and then comes to Rupp for their annual beat down. Maybe they can get to Saturday this year. -
Elliott County 96 Fairview 47

Another quality opponent for EC, this schedule will doom them again at Rupp. -

Little touchy here. CCH is a great school, I don't think anyone has a problem with Luke missing a game for his retreat. As far as sports being for fun you should take to your fellow CCH fans and parents and see if they believe this before trying to convince the rest of us. -

Have you seen the bracket for this mess. Every team is guaranteed 4 games. Safe to say if you play Tuesday morning at Tichenor you have a bad team.:devil:
