What happened to Cincinnati's defense? That's what is confusing me. Did they lose that many players from last year's unit, because that was a gritty bunch?
-
Woodson. More of a pro style QB.Who will be the better pro, Woodson or Tebow -
The Cats almost did it again. They are certainly fun to watch. I wish they had pulled this one out.
That Tebow is a wonder, though, ain't he? I think he's hurt, too.
-
Didn't see this one coming.
Me either. Wow! This season continues surprise and confuse.

Tomorrow is going to be bad enough. I hope you're wrong, too. If not, I can't go to work on Monday. The Gator fans will drive me insane. :scared:That's what kills my hope...this is a huge game for Florida now. Any chance of them having a letdown against us is gone. They've lost two in a row, so they need a W in the worst way...I'd say it was pretty easy for Urban Meyer to keep his team's attention and focus in the past two weeks. It wouldn't matter who they were playing, coming off two losses, they're going to be intense and focused. Combine that with the fact that this isn't Bill Curry's Kentucky...this is a top 10 team that just knocked off the nations #1 team...Florida is going to come to Lexington with something to prove and some real intensity. I just don't think the Cats will have enough in the tank to do it two weeks in a row......but, like I said last week...I'm hoping like heck that I'm wrong.
Go Cats!

Jim Levitt has been doing OK against Urban. From what I hear, he recruits with the same passion you see on the sideline. He's built this program from nothing to this in 11 years. He has been building a foundation and the school is behind him. Every year they have been better than the year before. This ain't no flash in the pan. I have a feeling this isn't the last time you see the Bulls in the top 5 and a National Championship game could be closer than you think. :thumb:Good for them.... I would hate to recruit against Urban. It really helps SF that Miami nose dived. -
Right on schedule. They landed 2 big ones last week after the UCF game. Can't remember their names right at the moment, though.^SF must take more of that FL talent.. of they could go from good to bad quickly

I promote the obsession and all of the members love me. Don't you understand that? So, about USF/Rutgers. I've still yet to get the obsession with USF on this board...:jump:
-
Oh well. It was fun while it lasted. I'm still happy with this team. I had no expectations for them to make the national championship game, anyway. It was fun watching everybody else squirm for a while, though.
You could tell the Bulls had a little too much confidence. Coach Levitt was afraid of that. He said as much in his radio show.
Way too many mistakes. 2 personal fouls on Gilliam alone. I'll be surprised if he even sees the field next week.
The loss of Walker on the o-line is huge.
UC will be here in a little over 2 weeks, I've got my 50 yard line tickets, and USF has that chip back on it's shoulder where it belongs. I can't wait.
Of course, they still have to win next week at UConn. :sssh:

Wow! Jimbo is steamed as his team. They let it go to their heads. It's not over, but something has to happen now. They need a TD now and the defense needs a turnover desparately. They average more than 3 a game and have yet to get one.
-
Stupidity kills. How Jim Levitt keeps from having a heart attack is beyond me.
-
They are showing the game on the jumbotron in the USF Sun Dome (basketball venue). Students only though. I think the basketball team will be there to watch, as well. They'll finally get to see what a sellout looks like in that place.

To a Florida boy (or a transplanted brier) that's freezing.Just for giggles....the Louisville -vs- USF game last year kicked off with the temperature being 42 degrees. -
A loss to either takes them out of any national championship picture. And this thread is making that assumption. Therefore, since I can only pick one team to beat, I pick the Vols. 'Cause no fruit sucks like a big orange.
-
Piscataway then. That's like the difference between Largo and Clearwater or Florence and Union. You got the point though. When did the stadium move to New Brunswick??? -
A little analysis for a change ....
The Bulls won in New Brunswick the last time they played there (2005). That was a day game.
Rutgers beat USF in Raymond James last year, but only by holding off a furious comeback in the last 2 minutes and breaking up a Bulls 2 point conversion with no time on the clock.
This is a night game. What is the temperature going to be? The Bulls have never won a game in temperatures lower than 48. The same team that beat WVU in Morgantown (temp 52 at the noon game time) last season also lost to Cincinnati and Louisville by large margins when game time temperatures were at or below freezing. In 2005 they wrecked thier chance of winning the Big East outright when they lost at UConn in freezing temperatures.

The computers appear to have a love affair with South Florida, while most humans do not.
Since everybody seems to be jumping on the Bull Bandwagon, all of a sudden, I'm preparing for the mass exodus if they do lose. I hope nobody gets hurt, but I expect a fair amount of trashing to happen.USF is really starting to get love from the humans as well...If they go undefeated they are inthe title game without a doubt. What ever happens from here on out, win lose or draw, this program has arrived. The coach is dedicated to the program and he and his staff has already proven that they can evaluate talent and recruit. The team is young. If they don't make it this year, they will soon. Hope springs eternal.
The ticket prices can't be beat either.
-
Kind of like Florida did last year.Crazy thing is.... If LSU can run the table & get some teams to fall (USF & BC). They could find their way back in the Title game with 1 loss. -
Ohio State is right where they should be.

If the rich are paying the majority of tax based on the dollar amount of consumption, aren't they still carrying the largest part of the the tax burden? The distribution of the burden would be the same as if they were paying the upper end of the current tax bracket. Actually, if this has no loop holes (I know. Dreaming), the most wealthy would pay more than they do now. There is no question about that, but what we are talking about is not gross dollars, but gross percentage of income, which is what the question of tax burden focuses upon. -
I wouldn't advise marrying the sister either. A my roommate did just that. He married my sister. We haven't spoke since their first anniversary. That was 17 years ago. :sssh:If you know a guy for more than 4 hours, his sister is off limits unless you plan on marring her. -
So do I. Chicks think it's hot, so I can care less what another guy thinks.I have a couple of pink shirts, nothing wrong with it and I'm manly101. Never worry about what another guy thinks about what you're wearing.
-
I'd like to see some statistics on that. The rich may spend a smaller portion of their income, but they tend to buy more expensive items and replace them more often. They also consume more items period. They pay more tax, based on their consumption. When we compare apples to apples, HHSDad is correct that the wealthy spend a much smaller percentage of their incomes on consumables than the middle class does, and so that as a percentage of income, the yoke is unequally burdened with the FairTax upon the middle class. -
If UC and USF come into the game on Nov. 3 undefeated, UC will, more than likely, be a top 10 team by then....... If the Bulls win that game and go on to an undefeated season, they would have 2 wins over top 10 teams and 3 over top 25 teams. ...... Auburn seems to be getting back to themselves. What if they upset LSU Saturday after next? ..... Or Kentucky beats the Tigers this weekend. ..... Or both? ..... Also WVU could win out putting them back into the top 10 and improving South Florida's SOS. ...... Hello? ....... Is there anybody in there? ...... There's no place like home ..... There's no place like home ..... Jessica Alba, what are you doing here and where on Earth are your clothes? ...... I'm falling ..... I'm falling.....
Wow! I must have fallen asleep. Great dream though.....:jump:
