I believe anyone can be beat in the 13th region this year, thats whats so good about this year. There will be a lot of so called "upsets" this year. We will see who improves most over the next two months. The only thing you can tell by the first 3 to 6 games about a team is what # is on the jerseys. lol. There is a lot of teams that don't show up tourny time like they do during the regular season.

It may not matter or not if he's back, the Jackets look like they dismantled Barbourville. I think Cumberland only beat them by 15 and I think everybody played. I think this is the right time to get Cumberland if you going to get them.

Jackson County is team that seems to under achieve. Not taking anything from Knox Central.

Basically these are things that would make a good NBA guard also. I have not seen a point guard in high school with all of these qualities.

The ability to get assists and to know your team strengths and weaknesses. Assist to turnover ratio. Leadership qualities(vocal and action)

Good point guards are hard to find.

Middlesboro has size and talent along with Jackson County

I think being like a coach on the court is #1, and being able to pass, knock down open jumpers, freethrows, and handle the ball under pressure is separates the best from the rest.

I think it may take a while for Cumberland to get there chemistry with Wilson having sit out a whole year. They also look like they are playing some young guards. If they are going to be had the time is now because they will be hard to beat come late Feb.
