Master of the Hardwood Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 Landon Slone played like a man child for Paintsville, he had about 40 pts. Perry got down early and fought back the whole game, they were down 13 and came down and made 4 3's in a row, 3 by freshman Eric Back and 1 By John Amis to make the score 42-39. Perry couldn't get any closer, Slone took over for Paintsville with couple steal and layups and put it out of reach. Looks like Coach Hatcher has tried the running game long enough and is back to the work the ball around go inside out and slow the ball down because of the lack of scorers for PCC. Perry has played 3 games and played well all 3 games. They have played some great competition and it will pay off during tournament time.
