  1. You being a disgruntled ex employee of the Campbell system, do not even go there. When was the last time you have watch a Camel game?
  2. I'm sorry I was laughing at breds balla saying that Bobby Estes may not even touch 75.
  3. The winner of the 10th is going to have to have Pitching, Fielding, and Hitting. The Camels have a 3 man rotation in Jordan Woodruff, Bobby Estes, and Ben Franzen along with a proven bullpen, they have played the last 10 or so games almost erroless baseball, and have the hottest bats in NKY right now. To me they still have to be the favorite even though it may be biased opinion.
  4. When they last played The Camels pitched their #2 starter Bobby Estes who has a 1.125 ERA, 34 strikeouts, and 4 wins on the season. Are you sure they couln't get their bats going or was it that they just couldn't hit one of the top pitchers in NKY this year.
  5. Who pitched? Even if their #1 didn't pitch that deosn't mean anything. The Camels have faced a number of teams #1 or #2 starters from teams like Boone, Brossart, Beechwood, Scott, Dixie, Simon Kenton, Highlands, Bell Co, and NCC. Facing a #1 or #2 pitcher to the Campbell Co. is nothing new.
  6. I would have to say that Campbell Co. has the slight edge. They have beaten everyone in their district and have also beaten Harrison Co. just a couple weeks ago to give them their only loss in the 10th. This wednesday they will be facing Clark Co. at home for another game between a 10th region team.
  7. Yea the Camels did have a rough time last night which is unusual compared to the last 5 games, in which they have almost played errorless baseball.
  8. Jordan Woodruff hits a bases loaded walk off single off the left field fence to give the Camels the win. Bobby Estes pitches 4 strong innnings with Matt Coffman coming in for the last 3 innings getting the win. ALso staying hot was the Camels bats. This is the Camels 14th win out of their last 16 games.
  9. I'm sorry I don't know the names but I do know the #'s. #2 started then was followed by #5 and then maybe #9. If any one knows the names would you please help me out. I know that #5 pitched against the Camels in the first game they played of the season and pitched a complete game. If the Camels bats stay hot with their D as they have the past couple of games they will be a hard team to beat.
  10. Ben Franzen Pitched the first 4 innings with Mark Hinkel comming in and pitching the last 2. I don't know the stats but i do know that the Camels hit the ball well and often.
  11. The Camels Bats stayed hot as did their D to revenge an earlier season lost to the Royals. Tommorw the Camels will travel and play Taylor Co. in their first game of the Taylor Co. Tourney.
  12. Another great perfomance all around for the Camels. Two games in a row now The Camels D has been able to play errorless baseball.:dancingpa
  13. If I am not mistaken also the Camels D also played very well in this game committing no errors.
  14. Even if the JV team is on the field that doesn't mean the field is ready to play. They were taking batting practice. The field doesn't have to be in playable condition for a team to take batting practice. Obviously if the coaches say the field isn't playable then it mostlikely isn't.
  15. First off yes the JV team was on the field taking batting practice. Second who do you know that drove around the field, the only part of the road that is close to the field is behind the outfield fence. O and not to mention you have to look through the purple tarp hanging up on the outfield fence to even see the field. The only people who drive on the road that goes around the field is coaches, concession workers, or umpires. Last from the outfield beyound the fence if you so happen to get out of you car and look over the fence or you have anazing vision and can see through a purple tarp, it is infact really hard to see what exactly kind of shape the field is in unless you walk on the field in person. There are parts on the field where water does sit.
  16. The field will look fine in about three to four weeks, even though it might appear to be a desert right now.. Also since the crumb rubber was added, injuries have been down. Brossart football who knows where they will be playing, but I bet it will not be a the Pyramid.
  17. Ford will dominate this weekend. :dancingpa
  18. Camels bats started off slow but in the end got going. I believe 1 or maybe 2 runs for Calvary may have been unearned but i am not totally for sure.
  19. The Camels bats are starting to heat up. Not to mention they are getting excelent pitching and fielding also.
  20. There needs to be some players stepping up for this team to turn it around.
  21. Camels are fine on pitching. No one needs to be brought up. Once the camels get more games and practices their fielding and hitting will come. For pitching only two pitchers have really seen many innings so far becuase not many games have been played as result of the rain. why bring up pitchers when you have 9 pitchers already on varsity and a short stop when you have 3 players who can play that position also?
